I first used "Melts Away Gourmet" for Thanksgiving in 2002. I was expecting 20 people for dinner and wanted a variety of deserts from fine French pastries to typical southern pies. I call on the ladies at "Melts Away Gourmet", for small gatherings of friends in my home also receptions where an appetizer of hors d'oeuvres is required.

I am the Professional Director of Services for Life Line Homecare in Douglas, GA.One of my primary responsibilities is Public Relations. My job is to build a good relationship with the physicians and their office staff.

Alesia's dish has opened many doors for us in this location. Her meals are excellent and I can always depend on her for great taste and presentation. I am constantly being asked for recipes and then Alesia's phone number. Her meals, cakes, peanut brittle, etc. leave not only a beautiful memory with my clientele but anticipation of my return. The Homecare market in our area is very competitive, however my contacts eagerly await (and will call and request) one of Alesia's dishes to taste and give their 'expert opinions'. My motto is "I don't cook but I know people that do, and do it well".

Sometime back in June of 2002, I had the pleasure of attending an Anniversary Celebration at Adams Poultry Company in Glennville. The anniversary cake, along with all the other refreshments, was prepared by Kim and Alesia of "Melts Away Gourmet". It was probably the best cake I have ever eaten. It was tasty, moist, and pretty. Take it from a farmer, these girls can cook!

In June of 2002 I hosted a 15th year anniversary celebration at my place of business, Adams Poultry of Glennville GA. I contacted "Melts Away Gourmet" and told them what I needed and if they had better ideas on some things to speak up, and they did. I think you couldn't have had a more beautiful and delicious array of foods. Our customers, friends, and family bragged on the foods for weeks on how good the food was and how pretty it was. I could go on and on but the thing to remember is they are very creative, it's pretty to the eye, pretty on the table and most of all good to the taste buds. They are best.
